About The Position
The Organizational Change Management Analyst at Butterball is responsible for leading change management, communication, and training activities related to significant organizational changes. This role ensures that impacted business units are prepared to adopt new ways of working, technology adoptions, and process changes. The analyst collaborates with project teams and organizational development teams to develop and implement change management strategies that align with business results, particularly during major system implementations such as the transition to SAP S/4 HANA and the new Human Capital Management system.
