About The Position

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Advisor drives the people side of strategic change by designing and executing change strategies that accelerate adoption and reduce resistance. This role partners closely with business leaders, product owners, HR, and communications teams to align people, processes, and culture with enterprise transformation goals. The OCM Lead ensures change initiatives are effectively planned, communicated, and sustained to achieve desired business outcomes. The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Advisor is responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance for strategic transformation initiatives. This role supports strategic initiatives, transformations, and enterprise-wide projects by ensuring that people, processes, and culture evolve in alignment with organizational goals. The OCM Lead partners with business leaders, product owners, HR, and communications teams to deliver effective change interventions that support the achievement of organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in enterprise transformation, organizational change management or similar roles
  • 2-4 years of experience in a guidance or leadership role
  • Proven experience leading change in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR).
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to influence without authority and navigate organizational dynamics.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring change effectiveness.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of P&C insurance systems and products preferred.
  • Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA or similar advanced degree preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with enterprise goals and initiative objectives.
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness assessments across business functions to inform change approaches
  • Serve as the change management lead on large-scale or complex initiatives.
  • Partner with business sponsors and project/product teams to align changes with business needs and goals and integrate changes into the overall delivery lifecycle.
  • Create communication plans and lead the development of messaging for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Build coalitions and change networks to support adoption and sustainment.
  • Facilitate leadership alignment and sponsorship for change initiatives
  • Create feedback loops to monitor sentiment and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Integrate change management activities into initiative plans and agile ceremonies
  • Monitor change readiness, adoption metrics, resistance points, and success indicators.
  • Support continuous improvement and long-term sustainability of change outcomes.
  • Document lessons learned and contribute to the continuous improvement of the OCM framework.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the enterprise OCM methodology, playbook, and toolkit.
  • Support the development of standard templates, models, and resources for broader use across the organization.
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with learning and development teams to deliver change-related training.
  • Coach and influence stakeholders to lead change management within the organization.
