As the Organizational Change Coordinator, you will support AXA XL America's most strategic, complex and cross-functional initiatives (technology and non-technology) with various change management and communications tasks, in collaboration with our business, talent and communications leaders. The Organizational Change Coordinator will report to the Organizational Change Leader in the Americas region with a matrix reporting line to our Senior Internal Communications Business Partner.
