With great customer service in mind to support our local client (Xcel Energy in their Lakewood, Colorado office), we are looking for an Organizational Administrative Support.

Requirements

• Must demonstrate the following abilities:
• Meet performance expectations and metrics
• Interpret and communicate gas and electric distribution and transmission field and engineering records
• Strong presentational skills
• Communicate effectively (written and oral) between internal and external customers, and the excavating community.
• Must be proficient in computer programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Ability to adapt to specialized software programs
• Capability of gathering and analyzing data for reporting accuracy
• General understanding of industry standards, processes and utility practices

Responsibilities

• Creating and/or generating reports and tracking documents
• Review, for completeness and accuracy, data, documents, spreadsheets, financials, reports, placemats, scorecards, etc. Errors, formatting issues, and the like, to be resolved before publishing or posting
• Ticket Screening
• Some outbound telephone work
• Support Service Center Representatives as needed
• Develop and maintain processes and procedures (step by step, workflow charts, etc.)
