About The Position

The Organization Transformation Lead at NeoSystems LLC is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive transformation strategies that align with the company's objectives. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to implement organizational design, change management, and talent management strategies, ensuring effective transitions during significant internal changes. The lead will serve as a key advisor to the CEO and collaborate with senior executives to integrate change management methodologies into the overall business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in a senior leadership role focused on organizational transformation, change management, or organizational effectiveness.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a drive for results and accountability.
• Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve common objectives.
• Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change within a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies; PROSCI™ change management certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive transformation strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and vision.
• Lead cross-functional teams and initiatives to improve business and practice-level effectiveness and promote employee engagement.
• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and support narrative creation during significant internal changes.
• Develop and implement change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools for internal transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior executives to integrate change management methodologies into business strategy and projects.
• Assess and recommend organization design, development, and talent management strategies in cooperation with HR.
• Foster a culture of transparent communication and change management within the organization.
