The Office of Executive Education Programs in Change and Consultation in the Department of Organization and Leadership is seeking a part-time Organization Development Coordinator (ODC) who will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with all administrative aspects of the Executive Master’s Program in Change Leadership (XMA). The position reports to the Associate Director. This position is offered from April 01, 2026 to May 19, 2027. Please note that the start/end dates for each semester in XMA may be different from other programs offered at TC and include prep time prior to each module and between modules. The XMA program is delivered in five modules, all of which are required time commitments for the ODC (in addition to pre- and post-module responsibilities). Module schedules for Cohort 13 are as follows: Summer 2026: Module 1 (Change Leadership: Theory & Foundations): May 28-June 3, 2026 (in-person delivery - TC, Smith Learning Theater) Module 2 (Group & Team Dynamics): July 20-28, 2026 (in-person delivery - TC, Smith Learning Theater) Fall 2026: Module 3 (Individual & Interpersonal Dynamics): October 11-18, 2026 (in-person delivery - Tarrytown House Estate) Module 4 (Change Leadership Frontiers): December 8-14, 2026 (in-person delivery - TC, Smith Learning Theater) Spring 2027: Hybrid ACP Boot Camps: January-April (dates set in collaboration with cohort to account for time zones) Janus Module: May 15-18, 2027 (in-person delivery - TC, Smith Learning Theater) - TBD; will be confirmed once Convocation dates are confirmed
