The Digital Business Enablement team is responsible for partnering with our business stakeholders to deliver optimized processes, systems, and data capabilities to grow our business. These solutions provided by Digital Business Enablement are the core of our users' experience engaging in Bentley internally and externally. The team is seeking an experienced organizational change management leader who can drive the organization through the adoption of multiple business transformations, followed by ongoing enablement. The ideal candidate will have experience with the planning and execution of large-scale change adoption. Bentley is embarking on a transformational journey to modernize sales, marketing, support, and ERP platforms to upscale our user experience and processes across the enterprise. The Digital Business Enablement team is focused on partnering with their stakeholders to deliver world-class enterprise applications focused on streamlining our processes and user experience. To complement this effort, the team is seeking an organizational change management lead to work across the organization to drive the planning and execution of change readiness activities. The ideal candidate will have experience developing, optimizing, and implementing change management throughout an organization's business and technology landscape for process and system changes. They will have demonstrated success in delivering communications, training, and other change readiness activities for the adoption of new business solutions.
