Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Adult Learning Methodology: Foundation.
  • Data Analysis: Intermediate.
  • Survey Development and Administration: Foundation.
  • Communications, Training, and Awareness: Intermediate.
  • Change Management: Intermediate.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to be at client location 4-5 days/week.

Responsibilities

  • Support a successful adoption of the new MS SUCCESS Integrated Eligibility system.
  • Comprehend organizational models and execute change management strategies.
  • Partner with Mississippi Department of Human Services (MDHS) stakeholders to assess current and future state needs.
  • Identify change impacts and develop tailored communications.
  • Support project readiness efforts.
  • Align business processes, build change champion networks, and foster engagement to achieve project objectives and minimize disruption.
