About The Position
The Organization Change Consulting Senior Manager in Capital Markets will work with C-suite executives, leaders, and boards of leading organizations to help them reinvent every part of their enterprise. The goal is to drive greater growth, enhance competitiveness, implement operational improvements, reduce costs, deliver sustainable stakeholder value, and set a new performance frontier. The role involves leveraging deep industry and functional expertise supported by proprietary assets and solutions to help organizations transform faster and become more resilient. The Strategy & Consulting services are underpinned by technology, data, analytics, AI, change management, talent, learning, and sustainability capabilities. The Talent and Organization team focuses on co-creating the workforce of the future by making decisions based on insights, providing tools and roadmaps for optimal performance, creating engaging digital experiences, and developing forward-thinking leaders. The team specializes in new skilling, talent strategy, leadership development, employee experience, and change management.
