The Organization Change Consulting Manager in the Travel Services Industry works with C-suite executives, leaders, and boards of leading organizations to help them reinvent every part of their enterprise. The goal is to drive greater growth, enhance competitiveness, implement operational improvements, reduce costs, deliver sustainable stakeholder value, and set a new performance frontier. The role is supported by technology, data, analytics, AI, change management, talent, learning, and sustainability capabilities, which help architect and accelerate all aspects of an organization's reinvention. The Talent and Organization team focuses on co-creating the workforce of the future by making decisions based on insights, providing tools and roadmaps for optimal performance, creating engaging digital experiences, and developing forward-thinking leaders. The team specializes in new skilling, talent strategy, leadership development, employee experience, and change management. As an experienced force for change, the candidate will support clients through reinvention, lead change teams, assess change readiness, design agile change strategies, and apply human-centered design principles to co-create change solutions. The role also involves using leading practice change tools and methodologies, helping clients build agile change capabilities, and contributing to business development and market research.
