About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Organ Health Specialist (OHS) to join our growing Organ Health sales team! In this role, you will drive revenue growth and market development within the nephrology and transplant markets by cultivating and maintaining key relationships, executing strategic business plans, and promoting the adoption of both existing and newly launched products. Your expertise and insights will play a critical role in advancing our mission to support healthcare providers with innovative diagnostic tools. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with a proactive mindset, adept at navigating complex sales environments and overcoming challenges. If you're passionate about improving chronic kidney disease patient care and excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment, we encourage you to apply. As an Organ Health Specialist, you will promote and sell Renasight, a genetic test designed to identify potential genetic causes of kidney disease and assess hereditary risks based on family history. Renasight analyzes 385 genes associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD), providing critical insights for patient care and management. In addition to Renasight, you will also sell Prospera, a genetic test for organ transplant that detects otherwise undetected rejection events, helping to prevent potential loss of a transplanted organ.
