This is a Full-Time 40 Hours Weekly position with the Department of Social Services. The Office of Recoveries & Fraud Investigations identifies situations where social services benefit programs were obtained inappropriately and identifies and seeks recovery when the state is owed money if social services program benefits were overpaid due to error, fraud, or if other resources are responsible to pay first. The Policy/Data Analyst is responsible for reviewing processes, reviewing and developing policies and procedures, conducting research and surveys, and data collection and analysis. This position will work collaboratively with our recovery, third party liability, and fraud investigation efforts to ensure consistent operations across the team.
