About The Position

Make your mark on Jewish student life by joining Oregon Hillel as the Oregon State University Engagement Associate. You will build one-on-one relationships with students at OSU, put on awesome events around campus, and help inspire students to make a commitment to Jewish life. At OSU, Jewish life is built through authentic relationships, close-knit community, and a strong sense of belonging—giving you the opportunity to help Jewish students find their people, their voice, and their place on campus. At the heart of this role is the mission to build meaningful relationships that draw Jewish students into community and help them see Jewish life as relevant, joyful, and essential to their college experience. You will meet students where they are—academically, socially, and personally—while cultivating leadership and creating pathways for engagement that reflect the diverse identities and interests of OSU students. As the OSU Engagement Associate, you are integral to Oregon Hillel’s success at OSU, serving as a trusted connector and catalyst who ensures Jewish student life in Corvallis is warm, inclusive, and growing. You’ll wake up each day (or at least most) genuinely excited to create an inviting environment that inspires students to explore, experience, and create vibrant Jewish lives. This is so much more than your average 9-to-5.
