Requirements

  • High school diploma required; additional education or training is a plus
  • Comfortable working with computers and web-based platforms
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools
  • Self-starter who can work independently after training
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive industry experience is preferred—but not required
  • Basic understanding of automotive parts or terminology is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage online ordering access for customers using platforms like NexPart, PartsTech, and other shop management systems
  • Maintain and support online catalogs and ordering tools used by both internal teams and customers
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new customer setups and support inquiries
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to online ordering and catalog accuracy
  • Create and maintain product lists to support catalog updates and integrations
  • Keep systems current by incorporating new products and updates
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and platform enhancements
