About The Position

Our GBS Transact-to-Deliver team is reshaping the future of vehicle pricing, incentives, and billing at General Motors. We aim to strengthen GM’s go-to-market capability with centralized, integrated processes and technology that deliver real-time insight into sales and profitability. We are seeking a transformational leader that can manage large-scale projects and bring forward innovative solutions as we design and build out the future state. This is a high visibility role that requires extensive communication and coordination across our business and IT partners. This role encompasses the following key focus areas: Team Leadership • Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts and project leaders • Provide clear direction, coaching, and feedback to support team growth and readiness for future roles. Strategy & Design • Oversee development of a future state strategy and design (process flows and key design decisions) • Look across global landscape to ensure processes and systems hold together across planned projects & releases Delivery • Oversee the development of IT requirements, RICEF objects, test cases, and acceptance criteria • Oversee all testing and defect resolution • Support technology deployment, cutover, and hyper-care activities Stakeholder Alignment & Change • Collaborate cross functionally with executive leaders across Sales & Marketing, Finance, Controllership, Global Business Solutions, and IT • Ensure business teams are aligned to support projects and interlocks • Contribute to change management activities with impacted stakeholders • Develop business training and facilitate sessions for impacted stakeholders • Integrate with data governance team to ensure data quality, controls, and ownership

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in business related field (Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of related business, project management, or transformation experience
  • Experience delivering SAP-based solutions
  • Results oriented work style with the ability to drive transformation and change
  • Collaborative and interactive approach to problem solving
  • Strong project management skills (scope, timeline, risk, and stakeholder management)
  • Strong facilitation skills to drive alignment across senior stakeholders.
  • Clear and logical critical thinking skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management.
