About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash UAT Lead to join a mission-critical eCommerce platform program with one of the most innovative technology organizations in the world. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role at the heart of a next-generation subscriber commerce platform — a platform that powers order management, provisioning, billing, and financial integration at massive scale. As the UAT Lead, you will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across complex Order-to-Cash workflows, ensuring new features and releases meet both business and technical requirements. You’ll partner closely with engineering, QA, product, and finance teams to deliver seamless, high-quality customer experiences from order initiation through billing and fulfillment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience leading UAT or QA efforts in complex eCommerce or subscription platform environments.
• Proven expertise in Order-to-Cash workflows, including order management, provisioning, billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Experience with financial systems integrations (Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP platforms).
• Strong background in test case design, execution, defect management, and UAT coordination.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Postman; experience with test automation is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present results clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
