The Process Excellence & Business Integration Lead will focus on key capabilities and business processes within customer operations, including customer master management, order processing, order fulfillment, invoicing, and cash applications processes. This role is essential for driving a business process-focused culture and developing standardized integration readiness for mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
