The In Room Dining Order Taker is responsible for being knowledgeable about all menu items and for taking accurate guest orders and putting them in the system, while providing a comfortable and genuine experience for the guest. This position requires answering the In Room Dining Telephone in a friendly and courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction, assisting with the organization and stocking of the In Room Dining Department, and monitoring the progress of guest dining experiences.
