About The Position
The Order Specialist is responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can operate with minimal guidance, providing excellent partner experiences during the post-sales process. The Order Specialist may specialize in either carrier or cable orders and is expected to maintain effective communication with partners and internal teams.
