About The Position

We are currently seeking an energetic, outgoing individual to join our team as an Order Entry Coordinator! This position would support the sales team by entering all orders taken, helping with freight quotes when requested, and determining the most efficient, economical way to ship each order.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Read and write English proficiently
• Data entry experience
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Order entry
• Use of a multi-line phone
• Creation of Bill of Ladings & FedEx Labels
• Freight quoting based on correct shipment dimensions
• Order upload and printing through the ERP system
• Understanding of sales tax and tax exempt certificates
• Set up new customers and accounts in ERP system
• Send out order acknowledge report daily
• Charge credit cards
• Communicate with Warehouse team
• Back up to assist answering and directing calls to the Sales team
