At High Country Beverage (HCB), Order Selectors are integral to the distribution process, working as part of a professional team in Johnstown. This role involves using modern technology to move products from the warehouse to local stores and restaurants. It is a physically active, hands-on, and team-focused position that requires consistent energy and a willingness to be constantly on the move. Selected candidates will be subject to an MVR & criminal background check and a pre-employment physical/drug screen.

Responsibilities

Walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift.
Handle beverage cases and kegs (up to 160 lbs) safely and efficiently with provided training and equipment.
Use an iPhone and Encompass Software to find and scan products.
Accurately locate and scan products for customer orders using an app-based system.
Strategically palletize orders to ensure every pallet is stable and safe for transit.
Learn to operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts, with free in-house certification provided.
Work toward team efficiency standards in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
