Order Selectors are responsible for assisting with the shipping, receiving and put away activities in Kubota warehouses and distribution centers, fulfilling requests from Kubota dealers. This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines: Accurately and efficiently expedite orders for delivery. Route and process inbound inventory received to be stocked in an orderly and concise manner. Confirm that picked orders match customer requirements, avoiding errors or damage. Packs orders, ensuring products are securely packaged. Apply shipping labels and prepare orders for outbound shipping. Ship items out using warehouse management system. Maintains standard housekeeping expectations throughout shift. Verify and maintain inventory within warehouse to ensure order and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures to avoid accidents and injuries. Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or operational issues. Other duties as assigned.
