We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Selector to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for accurately picking and building retail orders by stacking products onto pallets in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate has experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pallet riders, and reach trucks, and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and safety. At Wondercide, our warehouse is climate-controlled, providing a comfortable working environment year-round.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations or order picking preferred
  • Experience operating pallet jacks, pallet riders, and/or reach trucks strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Physical ability to: Lift and handle boxes averaging 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) Stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick products based on order requirements and build pallets for retail shipments
  • Stack, wrap, and prepare pallets to ensure safe and efficient transport
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, pallet riders, and reach trucks
  • Verify product quantities and inspect items for damage or defects
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in picking and staging areas
  • Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Support Operations by performing other duties as needed
