About The Position

Position: Order Selector Hours: Monday-Friday, Multiple shifts Half-Hour lunch break, Overtime as required by departmental needs. Responsibilities: Responsible for accurate selection of products using RF technology. Inspection of product ensuring items are not damaged Clean any boxes and be sure all boxes are sealed. Completion of any assigned including but not limited to stock rotation, and stock movement as requested Provides honest and timely feedback to management Achieve goals for department tasks being accomplished Portray positive attitude to all departments Key Success Factors: Ensures that we meet or exceed client expectations Careful attention to detail Able to make sound and logical decisions without unnecessary delay Able to work through challenges on own without having to wait for others to provide direction Shares vision of company goals and mission Compliance with all company policies and procedures Knowledge of products and services offered Self-Motivated Ability to work under pressure Ability to work well with others Ability to solve problems Ability to multi-task

Requirements

• Require at least 1 year experience of material handling in a warehouse environment (preferably in office furniture), certified forklift material handling experience, and experience picking products.
• Computer skills preferred as position involves scanning / bar coding.
• Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs.
• Analytical skills required.
• Must wear steel toed protection and required warehouse safety personal protective equipment, must be able to work in an environment involving heights.
