About the position

The Order Selector position in Davie, FL involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, focusing on shipping and receiving tasks. The role requires proficiency in various software systems for processing orders and maintaining accurate records, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Process and ship orders using software including UPS Worldship, FedEx ShipManager, RF-Smart for NetSuite, and Pacejet.
  • Check documents and orders for accuracy.
  • Prepare orders and check shipments for accuracy.
  • Provide reports for customers and respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Receive inbound shipments, check against purchase orders for quantity and SKU items, and put away accordingly.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts as needed.
  • Keep organized records of outbound shipments, shipments received, and inventory.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and RF Scanners
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
  • Ability to plan workflow and collaborate with staff to complete tasks promptly
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, reaching
  • Must be able to lift moderate amounts of weight (up to 75 pounds)
  • 4 years of experience in Shipping and Receiving (Preferred)
  • 4 years of experience in Warehouse (Preferred)

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using Outlook, NetSuite, Excel, Word, Office 365
