Responsibilities

• Follow all operating procedures and company policies.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and productive manner.
• Adhere to quality and sanitation standards.
• Be proactive and responsible for efficiencies in the immediate area.
• Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the immediate work area.
• Work in a cold environment as required.
• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and effectively as a Certified PIT operator.
• Manage First In First Out (FIFO) finished goods.
• Fill orders for outside customers and select for retail stores at 100%.
• Assist with palletizing area and back dock operations.
• Complete simple math skills without errors.
• Sustain good penmanship and clear documentation.
• Work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Complete any assigned SMAC or PC tasks and other duties requested by supervision.
