About The Position

The Order Runner + Busser Team Member supports daily restaurant and foodservice operations by ensuring guests receive food quickly and accurately, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment, and assisting with general utility and sanitation tasks. This role is essential to creating a positive guest experience in a fast-paced airport setting by providing timely service, upholding food safety and cleanliness standards, and supporting both front- and back-of-house teams.

Requirements

Previous restaurant, foodservice, customer service, or utility experience preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, mobile environment.
Strong time-management and communication skills.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 pounds
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts based on airport operations.
Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
Must pass an airport background check and qualify for badging.
Knowledge of food handling safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Deliver food orders from the kitchen or service area to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally.
Verify food orders for accuracy before delivering to guests.
Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, service stations, condiment areas, and common guest spaces.
Maintain cleanliness of transport carts and ensure items are stored securely.
Assist team members with basic guest service needs, including responding to requests in a friendly and helpful manner.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and airport security procedures.
Support opening, closing, and shift transition duties as assigned.
Work collaboratively with cashiers, servers, cooks, bartenders, and leadership to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain a sense of urgency and adaptability in a high-volume, fast-paced airport environment.
