About The Position

The Order Replenishment Merchandiser at Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is responsible for ensuring that the company's iconic beverage brands are consistently available to customers. This role involves merchandising products in both large and small stores, maintaining product displays, and managing stock inventory levels. Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and current vehicle liability insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to use a personal vehicle during business hours.
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over, and reach above head height.
• Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous sales/merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements.
• Implement Point of Sale advertising according to the company's merchandising standards.
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels, and product rotation in displays.
• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage.
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes.
• Engage in daily communication, problem resolution, and follow-up with customers, co-workers, and shoppers.
