About The Position

The Order Puller role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to repeatedly lift between 40 and 75 lbs throughout the day. While the job is not difficult to master, it requires safe working and lifting practices and reliable attendance. No prior experience in paint or warehousing is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided, making it an ideal entry point for a career. This position is critical to the operation, involving the use of a scanner gun to fill orders, manually lifting cases or buckets onto pallets, and then using a rider jack to transport pallets to the loading department. The goal is to ensure the shipping department runs smoothly, drivers stay on schedule, and paint reaches stores efficiently.

Requirements

• Physically able to lift between 40 and 75 lbs, repeatedly, all day
• Reliable with attendance expectations
• High school diploma or GED
• Required to wear proper safety equipment, including steel toed shoes at all times

Responsibilities

• Fill orders utilizing a scanner gun
• Manually lift cases or buckets onto pallets after scanning
• Use a rider jack to deliver pallets to the loading department
• Work in a safe, timely, and accurate manner to keep the shipping department running smoothly
• Attend all required training, including safety and other education
• Participate in daily safety meetings and stretches at the beginning of each shift
• Wear proper safety equipment, including steel-toed shoes at all times
• Help maintain a clean facility
