About The Position

Encore is seeking individuals who have experience utilizing the stand-up forklift. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling the finished goods and getting them ready for delivery within our Service Center (new facility opening in early Spring)! Shift: 6PM - 6AM Overnight Differential Overtime opportunities available. Time and a half! MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRIVEN FORKLIFT EXAM MUST BE WILLING TO UNDERGO AN ONSITE DRUG SCREEN ---------------------------------------------------------- Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Moves or stacks different products or materials to specified locations in a safe manner · Performs routine post and pre inspections to ensure suitable working nature or forklift equipment. · Stacks empty pallets, reels, etc. · Complies with safety policies, practices and procedures according to OSHA · Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or safety team · Maintain consistent and reliable attendance · Essential functions and responsibilities will also include following supervisor’s directions and the additional requirements of the various jobs assigned. ---------------------------------------------------------- Knowledge Skills & Abilities: · Ability to perform Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed above · Must be able to safely move full and empty pallets with forklift in working area · Identify when required routine maintenance may be needed · 1 year of Stand-up Forklift experience required · Experience moving large loads · Reliable Attendance ---------------------------------------------------------- Work Environment & Physical Responsibilities: Duties are performed in a loud production setting subject to extreme temperatures. Some duties may be required to be performed outside. Comfortable with repetitive movement, kneeling, crouching and stooping. Requires using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools or controls. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds while bending, twisting and/or standing.
