About The Position

The Order Puller will be responsible for accurately pulling customer orders using an RF Scanner. This role includes verifying product and count accuracy, receiving and labeling per procedures, and delivering finished loads to designated areas. The Order Puller must be able to measure in linear feet and properly build pallets.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to perform all essential functions, including physical requirements.
Use of proper PPE and company-approved tools while maintaining a safe work environment.
Ability to move awkward product lengths and weights.
Basic math, interpersonal/team, and reasoning skills.
Ability to read, understand, and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions.
Flexibility in scheduling – able to work overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in distribution or manufacturing environment.
Prior experience driving industrial powered equipment.
High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Scans location and pulls product using RF Scanner to fulfill customer orders safely and effectively.
Ensures all units are organized, leveled, and tightly built for transport.
Communicates any discrepancies, product issues, or safety concerns with Supervisor.
Places completed and labeled orders into designated areas once fulfilled.
Maintains a clean work area, including sweeping and rebinding loose bundles.
Successfully completes Novo tugger training and operates tugger following all safety requirements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
