Order Puller / Machine Operator
About The Position
This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in carpentry, woodworking, cabinet making, manufacturing, millwork, CNC milling, or other related fields. Job details may include, but are not limited to: Order Fulfillment: Pulling orders, packaging lumber bundles, and preparing shipments for delivery. Forklift Operation: Safely operating a forklift to move materials and products around the facility. Machine Operations: Operating various machinery, including but not limited to planer, sander, shaper, rip saw, and upcut saw. General Labor: Assisting with other tasks as needed around the facility to maintain smooth operations. Measurement & Accuracy: Must be able to read a tape measure and work with precise measurements. Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure quality production and efficient order fulfillment. Work Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Occasional overtime (seasonal) and occasional Saturday half days, as needed. Ideal Experience & Skills: Previous experience in carpentry, woodworking, CNC milling, or other similar hands-on positions. Familiarity with operating machinery, including planers, sanders, shapers, and molders. Forklift experience is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team. Organizational skills to keep a clean and efficient workspace. All offers of employment are contingent upon a drug screen and background check.
