About the position
The Order Processor position at Axiom involves working closely with the Sales and Warehouse departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The position offers a hybrid work schedule after initial training, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Team and customers to accurately fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Adjust orders accordingly and alert the applicable department of any discrepancies.
- Update order data in appropriate systems.
- Keep the Team and customers updated on shipment schedules, tracking details, and report delays immediately.
- Accurately create orders and follow up to ensure expectations are met.
Requirements
- Data entry or typing experience.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Some customer service experience and order processing in a CRM, specifically MAS helpful.
