As an Order Processor at Freeus, LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner. This part-time position, offering up to 30 hours per week, is essential to our Honor Alert team, which specializes in providing life-saving devices to veterans. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders from Veterans Affairs (VAs) and ensuring that all customer interactions reflect our commitment to excellent service. You will utilize NetSuite to create sales orders and manage invoicing, while also assisting end users with account setup and device activation. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with VAs will be key to maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency. Additionally, you will receive cross-training in shipping and RMA testing, allowing you to support the shipping team as needed. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies. You will work collaboratively with other departments to resolve technical issues and ensure that all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
