About The Position
Responsible for coordinating all pre and post-install logistics of an exterior home remodeling project. This includes recruiting crew members and subcontractors for the project management team, maintaining relationships with all members of the installation process, and welcoming clients to the home remodeling process. The role also involves scheduling clients, crew members, and vendors for install dates, preparing pre-installation inspection forms for technicians or project managers, and researching and resolving delays in setting the inspection. Additionally, the position requires verifying project expenses and forecasts, ordering process material and equipment to sites, managing timeliness and accuracy of vendor deliveries, ensuring gross profit levels are maintained, and alerting the Project Manager and HGE Team of discrepancies. The candidate will also ensure accuracy of reported installer compensation and navigate the company's CRM system to ensure smooth coordination.
