Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Technical and computer knowledge
Data entry experience preferred
Typing accuracy of 99%+
Typing speed of 50+ WPM
Ability to spot errors and discrepancies in orders to ensure quality and accuracy.
Skills in managing time effectively to meet productivity targets while maintaining quality.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
Ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during the order entry process.
Capability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
Ability to adjust to new systems, processes, or changes in order requirements.
A focus on meeting customer needs and resolving any order-related inquiries.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment to achieve common goals.

Responsibilities

Prepares orders for entry into one or more production systems.
Identifies correct production system.
Researches and assigns product codes bill codes special program codes start number special requirements etc.
Enters orders into one or more production systems using Single Key and/or Double Key methods.
Corrects and releases hold for edit orders.
Meets productivity and quality targets.
Trains other Order Processor employees; both new hires and existing employees.
