About The Position

As an Order Processing Specialist at Statdds, you will be an integral part of the post-sales support team, responsible for processing incoming aesthetic injectable orders. This role emphasizes building meaningful relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively over multiple channels (phone, email, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Interpersonal and customer service skills.

• College education and previous office experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
