About The Position

Join a dynamic family-owned business as an Order Processing Specialist, where you will play a key role in managing and processing large customer orders. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. You will work closely with vendors and customers to ensure product accuracy and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for email correspondence and team collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inventory or purchase orders (highly preferred).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks (helpful but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Upload large batch orders to external portals.
  • Audit orders and verify accuracy in spreadsheets and QuickBooks.
  • Manage purchase orders and conduct pricing checks.
  • Handle bi-weekly large customer orders and collaborate with Customer Service.
  • Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve product issues.
  • Process SKUs and identify backup styles when items are out of stock.
