About The Position

This role is a 12-month contract position. The Order Processing Specialist will play a crucial role in the order management process, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. This Order Processing Specialist position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer service experience.
• SAP experience is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.
• Verify order details for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with sales, inventory, and shipping departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and delivery timelines.
• Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for customer orders.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock replenishments and adjustments.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory audits.
• Maintain accurate records of all orders, shipments, and inventory movements.
• Prepare and generate reports related to order processing, inventory status, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and order specifications.
• Liaise with the Shipping and Logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to address billing and payment issues.
