Under minimal supervision and working in a team-oriented environment, you will accurately pull and pack customer orders, ensuring each piece is handled with care and precision. Requirements

Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Basic computer and data entry skills; able to learn internal systems.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Commitment to safety, following all safety regulations and procedures.
Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb throughout the shift.
Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds regularly, and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver carts and ladders.
Flexibility to work weekends and second shift during peak holiday seasons.
Commitment to excellent service, supporting both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Accurately pull and pack customer orders, verifying pattern name, piece type, size, reference, quantity, and quality.
Follow all packing procedures, using appropriate materials to protect pieces and minimize breakage or damage.
Scan and process orders in compliance with eTrack rules and procedures.
Select the correct box type and size based on carrier requirements and order specifications.
Clean and prepare pieces for packing, handling items that cannot be cleaned according to procedures.
Identify and escalate problem orders and process damaged stock appropriately.
Organize and maintain inventory by straightening and cleaning shelves while pulling.
Accurately record time and production stats daily using Kronos.
Support the team by assisting with other department tasks as needed.
