We are currently seeking a detail-oriented college graduate to begin their career in our parts order & invoice processing team. The Order Processing Clerk will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves reviewing order information, entering data into our system, coordinating with various departments, and communicating with customers to provide order updates.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics preferred.
  • Some experience in order processing, customer service, or a similar role is helpful, but we’re happy to train the right person.
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to work well with customers and team members.
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy when entering or reviewing information.
  • Comfortable using computers and common software tools like Microsoft Office, email, and order management systems.
  • A customer-first attitude with a focus on providing friendly, reliable service.
  • Able to stay organized, manage time well, and work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer orders through email, phone, or online platforms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Enter order information into the company’s order management system, including product details, quantities, pricing, and shipping instructions.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to make sure orders are fulfilled on time and shipped correctly.
  • Communicate with customers about order status, delivery timelines, and any potential issues or delays.
  • Prepare and summarize invoices and expense reports as needed.
  • Generate and review picking tickets to confirm order accuracy before shipment.
