About The Position

The Order Picker is responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring all products are correctly packed and ready for distribution. This role involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where attention to detail, speed, and accuracy are essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Proficiency in using warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand carts.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure all orders are filled correctly, matching products to order details.
• Support team members with training on pick line procedures when needed.
• Unpack and organize products in designated holding areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking shelves as required.
• Handle returned products and ensure they are correctly placed in inventory.
• Break down cardboard and packaging materials between orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
• Follow all line procedures and safety protocols.
• Work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of productivity.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks or projects as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
