About The Position

The Order Picker is responsible for picking orders and other general duties involving physical handling of product, materials, supplies and equipment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimal 1 year of general warehouse work experience.
• Prior warehouse/production/equipment service experience preferred.
• Ability to operate an Electric Stand-up Forklift, Stand-up Forklift certification a plus.
• Prior experience using a hand scanner.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.
• Operate Electric Stand-up Forklift.
• Pick pieces or cases and process orders for pre-staging and loading.
• Restock and replenish as appropriate.
• Perform general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness.
• Fill in for other positions as needed.
• Perform general warehouse, production, cooler, and freezer service duties.
• Periodic bending, kneeling, lifting of 50+ pounds and climbing.
