About The Position
We're looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Order Pickers in a carpet and flooring sample production facility. The ideal candidate will assist with locating, selecting, and preparing carpet and flooring samples for shipment. Some experience in warehouse or production environments is a plus, but not required - we're willing to train the right person!
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, order picking, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare orders according to work orders and customer requests
- Organize and stage samples for shipping and delivery
- Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before packaging
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
