About The Position

The HIL - Order Picker plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our supply chain within the Forestry, Fishing, Hunting, and Livestock industry. This position is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products meet quality standards and are delivered on time. The Order Picker will work closely with inventory management systems to track stock levels and report discrepancies, contributing to overall inventory accuracy. Additionally, this role involves maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking environment.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• The required skills for this position include physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items, which are essential for efficiently picking and packing orders.
• Attention to detail is crucial, as the Order Picker must ensure that the correct items are selected and prepared for shipment.
