About The Position

Stoltzfus Meats is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our team. This role is essential to fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality. A Department of Transportation (DoT) Medical Card must be obtained within the probationary period.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to obtain a DoT Medical Card within the probationary period
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Basic math skills for order verification
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

Prior warehouse or order picking experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and shipping requirements
Verify product quantities and quality prior to packing
Label and prepare orders for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed)
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Comply with all company policies and safety procedures
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues or discrepancies
