About The Position

Join our dynamic team as an Order Pick and Pack Associate, where your energy and attention to detail will drive the smooth operation of our order fulfillment process. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting products from inventory, efficiently packing orders, and preparing shipments to ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition. Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for entire 8-hour shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and documentation
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic familiarity with warehouse equipment such as hand trucks or pallet jacks (preferred but not required)
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Prior experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or related roles is a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Carefully locate and select items from designated storage areas based on order specifications
• Verify product quantities and quality before packing to meet company standards
• Efficiently pack items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
• Label packages accurately with shipping information and prepare them for dispatch
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and operational efficiency
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily order processing goals and deadlines
