About The Position

Kemps Cedarburg is seeking a fast-paced, motivated Order Selector to join our team! Accuracy is key in this role. You’ll be responsible for picking, pulling, and building orders to ensure timely and precise delivery. Using a dairy hook, you’ll move milk crates to a conveyor system where they’ll be palletized and prepared for shipment—bringing fresh dairy products to stores for everyone to enjoy! Requirements

Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
Effective verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
Must be able to stand, walk, pull, push, reach and bend virtually the entire shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary and manually stack and move cases up to 6-8 cases high
Must be able to work in a wet environment and work in an environment where temperature is maintained at 35–40 degrees Fahrenheit
Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays
May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals
Must be able to read & write English
