About The Position

The position of Order Picker is responsible picking all outbound deliveries in accordance with ISO established policies while maintaining a safe, clean and productive work environment. Associates may be assigned to work in any department as necessary (appropriate training will be conducted) and perform various physical duties. This position must work well with others in a team setting to deliver high performance results. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties as assigned.) Picking outbound deliveries using RF device Perform forklift and other material handling equipment operations as needed and in compliance with the forklift training and safety guidelines. Perform housekeeping task to maintain a safe and clean work environment Must meet established quality and productivity metrics Comply with all safety regulations and guidelines. Perform and completed all related Lean/5S objectives ISO general knowledge. Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS include the following. Minimum 1 year related experience, equipment certification (Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker). Lift up to 55 lbs while using proper safe lifting techniques Ability to work flexible hours including overtime Stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours or more per day EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year related experience LANGUAGE SKILLS Fluent in English. SKILLS Ability to work within the Team environment to accomplish specified goals. Able to clearly and effectively communicate. Perform basic mathematical calculations Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other related material-handling equipment. DESIRED TRAITS AND CHARACTERISTICS Attention to detail Accurate Focus on cleanliness and organization CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Forklift; Reach truck and Order picker general certification. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequent standing Lifting up to 70 lbs Occasional walking, stooping, and bending Operation of a forklift Salary Description $17.50-$18.00 DOE

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year related experience, equipment certification (Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker).
