About The Position
The Order Picker/Warehouse position is a full-time role located at 200 South 56th Street, Chandler, AZ 85226, with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour, increasing to $21.50 after training, and a top pay of $29.00 based on experience and performance. The job involves physically and accurately selecting cases from rack and floor slots, stacking cases on pallets, shrink-wrapping completed pallets, and operating electric pallet jacks. Additionally, the role includes loading and unloading trucks and performing all other assigned general warehouse duties. This position is safety-sensitive and requires providing superior customer service to retail stores. The work schedule typically consists of extended hours, with shifts lasting between 8 to 10 hours, starting at 9 AM, and may require working on weekends and holidays as needed. The job also offers incentive pay if production exceeds 105%.
